Are Volcon products available in Europe, Canada, etc.?

For our Grunt FE, Grunt EVO, & Stag UTV, Volcon has a network of dealers in the United States, which you can find here using our dealer locator. We also have a distribution network in Latin America, South America, and soon-to-be New Zealand, you can find more info on our international distributors page. For online products (Brat eBike and Kids Moto One & Moto Two), Volcon can only ship to the lower 48 in the United States at this time

I purchased a product online, now what?

Orders are normally shipped within 24 business hours of the customer submitting the order, except for weekends and holidays. A tracking number is emailed to the customer within 24 business hours of submitting the order; however, orders placed late in the afternoon, on a holiday, or weekend will take more time

What are Volcon's shipping terms and return policy?

There is a restocking fee of 25% of MSRP for any canceled orders prior to, or during shipping. Please review orders carefully before submission as shipping addresses cannot be changed after an order has been placed. Once delivered, no returns are allowed and all sales are final.
